ComQXPA Quorum Sensing System of Bacillus subtilis and Its Potential Biocontrol Application

群体感应是细菌依赖细胞密度进行信息传递的一种行为模式。枯草芽孢杆菌( Bacillus subtilis )中感受态调控系统ComQXPA (Com是compotence的缩写),是其重要的群体感应系统。介绍了枯草芽孢杆菌ComQXPA群体感应系统的组成,阐述了ComQXPA群体感应系统在菌体生长繁殖过程中重要调控机制的研究进展。总结了枯草芽孢杆菌作为生防菌在农业方面应用的作用机制,针对其ComQXPA群体感应系统的调控作用,提出了该系统在生防方面的潜在应用方向,以期为拓展其研究领域提供思路。

Quorum sensing is a mode of behavior in which bacteria depend on cell density for information transmission.The competent regulatory system ComQXPA is an important quorum sensing system in Bacillus subtilis .In this paper,the structure of ComQXPA quorum sensing system was introduced,and the research progress on important regulation mechanism of ComQXPA quorum sensing system in the process of bacterial growth and reproduction was reviewed.In addition,the mechanism of Bacillus subtilis as biocontrol bacteria in agriculture was summarized.In view of the control function of ComQXPA quorum sensing system,the potential application direction of the system in the field of biological control was proposed,in order to provide ideas for expanding its research field.
