高效液相色谱法测定黑枸杞中花青素的不确定度评定 被引量:10

摘要 对高效液相色谱法测定黑枸杞中花青素进行不确定度影响因素的分析,为提高花青素检测的准确性提供依据。构建黑枸杞中花青素的不确定度评定数学模型,逐层对不确定度来源进行分析和评定,并对各不确定度分量加以量化和合成。结果表明,测量过程随机效应、标准物质纯度、标准曲线拟合和标准系列工作液的配制所引入的不确定度比较大。分别用标准不确定度和扩展不确定度表示黑枸杞中花青素含量,当黑枸杞中花青素含量介于21.40~2745.00mg/kg时,其标准不确定度介于0.87~163.76mg/kg,扩展不确定度介于1.75~327.52mg/kg(k=2)。 In order to improve the accuracy of anthocyanidins detection,the uncertainty influencing factors of determination of anthocyanidins in Lycium ruthenicum Murr.by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)were analyzed.A mathematical model for anthocyanidins in Lycium ruthenicum Murr.was established,and the source of uncertainty was analyzed and evaluated layer by layer,and each component was quantified and synthesized. The evaluation results showed that the random effect of testing process,the uncertainty introduced by the purity of standard materials,the curve fitting and the preparation of standard series working solution were significant.The results of anthocyanidins content in Lycium ruthenicum Murr.could be expressed by standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty,respectively.When the anthocyanidins content in Lycium ruthenicum Murr.was 21.40-2 745.00 mg/kg, the standard uncertainty was 0.87-163.76 mg/kg and the expanded uncertainty was 1.75-327.52 mg/kg ( k =2).
