产业链视角下我国通航企业融资困境与对策

The Financing Predicament and Countermeasures of China’s General Aviation Enterprises from the Perspective of Industrial Chain

近年来,我国通用航空产业发展速度较快,但与发达国家相比仍处于初级阶段,通航企业普遍面临严峻的融资困境。以产业链为视角,本文对通用航空企业融资现状进行分析,发现通航产业链具有资金缺口分布不均、供需相对错位、融资方式过于单一和融资链条不顺畅等特征,存在社会资本参与度低、政策支持力度不足、融资效率水平低和融资服务专业化水平弱等困境。并提出通过培养通航文化、完善财税政策、提升融资效率、建立通航金融专业人才培养体系等途径促进我国通航产业健康发展。

In recent years,China’s general aviation industry has developed at a relatively fast pace,but it is still in its infancy compared with developed countries.General aviation companies generally face severe financing difficulties.From the perspective of industrial chain,this paper analyzes the current situation of general aviation enterprise financing,and finds that the general aviation industry chain has the characteristics of uneven distribution of capital gap,relative mismatch of supply and demand,single financing method and unsmooth financing chain.And i faces predicaments such as low social capital participation,insufficient policy support,low level of financing efficiency,and weak level of specialization in financing services.This paper proposes that we should promote the health development of China’s general aviation industry by cultivating the general aviation culture,improving the fiscal and taxation policies,improving the financing efficiency,and establishing a professional training system for aviation finance professionals.
