单机架轧机结构板的轧制力优化

摘要 针对河钢唐钢冷轧厂结构级冷轧板生产过程中存在的轧制力过高和板形较差的问题,通过分析原料化学成分和力学性能,阐释了机组难以实现结构板轧制的原因。在此基础上,以轧制力优化为导向,结合相关理论研究成果分析了轧制力的主要影响因素。通过综合采用轧制规程优化、乳化液参数优化、张力优化等措施,结构极冷轧板轧制过程的轧制力得到了有效降低,年产结构钢2.89万t,合格率达99.40%,产品综合质量全面提升,实现了批量稳定生产。 In view of high rolling force and poor strip shape during the production process of structural grade cold rolled sheet in HBIS Tangsteel, the reasons for difficult realizing of structural sheet rolling are explained by analyzing the chemical composition and mechanical properties of raw materials. Taking the optimization of rolling force as orientation, the main influencing factors of rolling force are analyzed combined with the related theoretical research results. The rolling force during the rolling process of structural cold rolled sheet has been effectively reduced by comprehensive measures such as rolling schedule optimization, emulsification parameter optimization and tension optimization. The annual output of structural steel is 28.900 tons, and the qualified rate is 99.40%. The comprehensive quality has been improved comprehensively, and the batch stable production has been realized.
