摘要
基于国内家电板行业现状,系统分析了河钢邯钢目前家电板生产技术水平和产品结构,结合国内家电板市场及企业实际,对河钢邯钢家电板未来两年的发展做了趋势分析和建议。分析认为,镀锌板是河钢邯钢家电板的主打产品,已成功开发DX51D+Z-DX54D+Z系列牌号25个,具有较高的市场覆盖率。为迎合市场,进一步提升竞争力,河钢邯钢需升级低端产品,调整产品结构,开发Zn-Al-Mg和Al-Si非纯镀锌板,同时完善家电板后续服务体系,通过深化EVI先期介入机制给予应用客户技术支持。
Based on the current situation of domestic appliance board industry, the production technology and product structure of appliance board in HBIS Hansteel are systematically analyzed. The development trend in the next two years is analyzed and suggestions are made according to the domestic appliance board market and enterprise reality. The analysis shows that galvanized sheet is the main product of HBIS Hansteel appliance board. It has successfully developed 25 brands of DX51D+Z-DX54D+Z series, with high market coverage. In order to cater to the market and further enhance competitiveness, Hansteel needs to upgrade low-end products, adjust product structure, develop zinc-Al-Mg and Al-Si non-pure galvanized sheets, improve the follow-up service system of household appliance board, and provide application customer technical support by deepening the EVI mechanism.
