摘要
针对河钢唐钢一钢轧厂150t转炉炉型特点和冶炼工艺情况,对原有氧枪喷头参数进行了优化设计。将氧枪喷头马赫数由1.97提高到2.15时,相应喷孔数、喷孔夹角、工况压力、喉口和出口直径以及扩张段长度等都做了适当调整。生产实践表明,高马赫数氧枪的使用可增加转炉供氧强度,优化转炉内动力学反应条件,使纯吹氧冶炼时间平均缩短106s,脱磷率提高3.6%,终渣w(TFe)量降低1.7%,铁水消耗降低24kg/t,不仅有利于转炉提高废钢比,还可提高金属收得率。
Aiming at the characteristics of 150 t converter and smelting process in No.1 steel rolling plant of HBIS Tangsteel, the parameters of original oxygen lance nozzle are optimized. The Mach number of oxygen lance nozzle is increased from 1.97 to 2.15, and the corresponding nozzle number, nozzle angle, operating pressure, throat diameter, outlet diameter and expansion length are adjusted appropriately. The production practice shows that the application of high Mach number oxygen lance can increase the oxygen supply intensity of converter, optimize the dynamic reaction conditions in converter, shorten the smelting time of pure oxygen blowing by 106 seconds on average, increase the dephosphorization rate by 3.6%, decrease the final slag w (TFe) by 1.7%, and decrease molten iron consumption by 24 kg/t, which is not only conducive to improving the scrap steel ratio of converter, but also to improving the metal yield.
