摘要
镶接施工作为新排管道接入已有管网的重要连接方式,在其施工完成后无法采用强度和气密性试验来检验管道焊接的质量。高压燃气的大口径钢管是输配管网中比较重要的管道,镶接焊缝质量尤为重要。通过对管道的拼装应力、沉降应力以及温度应力等多方面来分析对管道焊缝质量带来的负面影响,提出了现场施工可采取的相应措施。
Welding of old and new pipelines is an important connection mode of network. At this time, the quality of welding cannot be tested by strength and air tightness test. However, the large diameter steel pipe with high pressure gas is an important pipeline in the network, and the quality of the inlaid weld is particularly important. This paper analyses the negative effects on the welding quality through assembling stress, settlement stress and temperature stress, and puts forward the corresponding measures for field construction.
