对天然气高压长输管道试压技术的探讨

Discussion on Pressure Testing for High Pressure Natural Gas Pipeline

结合上海天然气主干管网的具体工程,选用合适的介质、和设备等以满足高压长输管道的试压要求,制定了相应作业流程,并提出了作业要点,尤其针对长输管道高程差大空气易积留等问题给出了处理办法,也为今后类似工程提供借鉴。

This paper introduces how to determine pressure test medium, test pressure, section division and pressure test equipment for high-pressure pipeline of long-distance natural gas transmission in cities and towns, summarizes and discusses the basic pressure test process and common problems treatment methods, and provides operable and reproducible experience for pressure test of similar projects in the follow-up.
