Research on Hunan International Logistics Industry Development Based on the Background of “The Belt and Road”

“一带一路”背景下,湖南作为中部地区重要的物流节点,打造物流强省,提升物流业品质是“十三五”规划的重要目标之一,但面临物流人才匮乏、物流信息化水平不高、物流业创新发展能力不足及物流政策不健全等难题。通过调研湖南物流产业的现状,提出了重视物流人才培养、加大物流基础建设、提高国际物流信息化水平、培育大型物流企业和完善国际物流政策体系的对策建议。

Based on the background of “The Belt and Road”,Hunan is an important logistics node in the central region.Creating a strong logistics province and improving the quality of logistics industry,is one of the important goals of the “13th Five-Year Plan”.However it faces the shortage of logistics talents,low level of logistics informatization,insufficient innovation of development capabilities on logistics industry and the logistics policy is imperfect.By investigating the current situation of logistics industry in Hunan.It puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions that attach importance to the cultivation of logistics talents,increase the logistics infrastructure,improve the level of international logistics information,cultivate large-scale logistics enterprises and improve the international logistics policy system.
