摘要
A电商物流中心在其装箱打包作业过程中,存在严重纸箱浪费问题,在文中装箱打包优化设计中,利用拟人式砌墙算法思想,将Z5规格包装箱视为容器规格上限,Z1~Z4四类规格包装箱为逐级递增的四组参考线,利用参考线确定完成打包作业的最小规格包装箱,提高整个装箱过程中纸箱选择的正确率。
There is a serious carton waste problem in the packing operation of A e-commerce logistics center.In this paper,we use the idea of anthropomorphic bricklaying heuristic algorithm,regarding the Z5 specification box as the upper limit of container,using Z1~Z4 four class specification box as the four sets of reference lines.Using the reference lines to determine which size of box to choose.In this way,we can improve the correct rate of carton selection.
