摘要
为了提高生产效率和改善装配现状,设计了一条行星减速器装配生产线。先通过装配Petri网对其装配过程进行描述,结合生产目标和装配时间对装配顺序和工位进行规划设计,并结合生产实际,设计了装配线布局和工位布局,最后利用Flexsim仿真软件对所设计的行星减速器装配线进行仿真验证。结果表明,文中所设计的装配线日生产量可达505台,工位设备利用率较高,能达到生产目标。
In order to improve production efficiency and assembly status,a planetary reducer assembly line was designed.Firstly,the assembly process is described by assembly Petri net,assembly sequence and position are planned and designed according to production target and assembly time,and assembly line layout and position layout are designed according to production practice.Finally,the assembly line of planetary reducer is simulated and verified by Flexsim simulation software.The results show that the daily production of the assembly line designed in this paper can reach 505 units,and the utilization rate of the station equipment is high,which can achieve the production target.
