摘要 竖井式进出水口结构物在抽水蓄能电站中应用日益增多。通常该结构物底座顶部为一个大体积的弧形倒坡混凝土,结构复杂,对支撑结构的支撑力要求较高,常规支撑难以满足。本文提出了大体积弧形倒坡现浇混凝土快速施工方法,重点介绍该方法的施工工艺流程及操作要点。工程实践证明:该工法操作简单、施工快、成本低,解决了超大直径底座段倒坡混凝土浇筑的形体变形问题,可为类似工程提供借鉴。 Shaft-type inlet and outlet structures are increasingly used in pumped storage power stations. Usually, the top of the base of the structure is a large volume of arc-shaped inverted slope concrete. The structure is complex and requires high supporting force for the supporting structure, which is difficult to meet with conventional support. This paper puts forward a rapid construction method of large-volume arc-shaped inverted slope cast-in-situ concrete, and focuses on the construction process and operation points of this method. The engineering practice proves that the method is simple to operate, fast to construct and low in cost. It solves the problem of body deformation caused by pouring concrete on the reverse slope of super-large diameter base section and can provide reference for similar projects.
