摘要
积极教育也称幸福教育,是积极心理学思想应用于教育领域的产物。在积极教育理念下,高校心理健康教育着力于发现并利用学生的优势品质来激发更多的积极品质资源,通过塑造学生积极人格实现预防和解决学生的心理或行为问题。积极的心理健康教育由一支幸福的教师队伍在幸福的校园环境下通过培养学生的幸福能力来实现。积极教育理念要求高校心理健康教育要树立新的学生观和心理健康观,同时要努力挖掘校外的积极资源以强化和巩固对学生的心理健康教育的积极成果。
Positive education is also called happiness education. It refers to the application of positive psychology to education. With the positive education concept,the mental health education in colleges focuses on discovering and utilizing the superior quality of students to stimulate more positive quality resources,and to prevent and solve students' psychological or behavioral problems by shaping students' positive personality. Positive mental health education is achieved by improving students’ happiness by a team of happy teachers in a happy campus environment. The concept of positive education requires that mental health education in colleges should target establishing a new concept of students and of mental health. At the same time,efforts should be made to tap the active resources outside the campus to strengthen and consolidate the positive results of students' mental health education.
