基于主体行为动机的邻避事件分析

Analysis of Nimby Event Based on the Main Body Behavior Motivation

随着邻避事件的规模、影响力迅速扩大,参与其中的居民群体行为动机也表现得复杂多样。基于动机-行为-影响的逻辑关系可将对抗中的居民群体主要行为动机分为五种。行为动机的变化引导着行动的发展方向、可控性及影响力,这种动机的变化不仅与个人心理、认知状况有着密切联系,还与社会因素和制度因素的影响相关联。由此可以断定,个人因素与外部环境相互结合对邻避事件中居民群体五种行为动机的产生及行为变化机理产生着重要影响,从而引导我们合理构建参与式治理模式并化解邻避冲突。

With the rapid expansion of the scale, influence of Nimby Event, the motivations of the residents involved in the group behavior also become complex and diverse. Based on the logical relation of motive-behavior-influence, this paper divides the main behavioral motives of confrontational residents into five types. The change of behavioral motivation guides the development direction, controllability and influence of action, which is closely related with not only the individual psychological and cognitive status, but also social and institutional factors. Therefore, it can be concluded that the combination of individual factors and external environment has an important impact on the generation of five behavioral motivations of residents and behavioral change mechanism of residents groups in Nimby Event, so as to guide us to build a participatory governance model to resolve neighborhood avoidance conflicts.
