摘要 完善的汽车计算机控制的空调系统不仅可以对车内空气的温度、湿度、清洁度、风量和风向等进行自动调节,给乘客提供一个优良的乘车环境,提高乘客的舒适性和安全性。文章首先介绍了新能源汽车暖风空调的发展概况。描述了新能源汽车空调的结构组成,在此基础上解释了新能源汽车空调的工作原理。从理论上分析了PTC所产生的热量,从而设计了PTC暖风的故障诊断系统。对该系统进行了试验研究,结果表明,PTC暖风的故障诊断系统工作良好,性能优越。 A perfect computer-controlled air-conditioning system for automobiles can not only automatically adjust the temperature, humidity, cleanliness, air volume and direction of the air in the car, but also provide a good riding environment for passengers and improve their comfort and safety. Firstly, this paper introduces the development of new energy automotive heating air conditioning. This paper describes the structure and composition of new energy automobile air conditioning, and explains the working principle of new energy automobile air conditioning on this basis. The heat generated by PTC is analyzed theoretically, and the fault diagnosis system of PTC warm air is designed. The experimental results show that the fault diagnosis system of PTC warm air works well and has superior performance.
