旋转式壁障设计及仿真验证

摘要 为避免进行不同类型汽车碰撞试验时,在固定壁障墙上频繁的拆卸和安装壁障设备,文章设计了一种集多个撞击面的旋转式壁障,通过旋转壁障基体达到快速更换壁障的目的。对壁障进行了等效静力仿真分析,仿真结果显示,壁障整体最大变形量为0.13mm,最大应力值为28.99Mpa,均在合理范围内。使用Hyperworks和LS-DYNA软件建立了某车与壁障有限元碰撞模型并进行了仿真试验,仿真结果显示壁障基体未发生移动及变形。根据仿真结果优化了撞击力传递路径,提高了壁障的可靠性和使用寿命。 In order to avoid frequent disassembly and installation of barrier devices on fixed barrier walls during different types of automobile crash tests, a rotary barrier with multiple impact surfaces is designed to achieve rapid replacement of barriers by rotating the barrier matrix in this paper. The equivalent static simulation analysis of the barrier is carried out. The simulation results show that the maximum deformation of the barrier is 0.13mm and the maximum stress is 28.99Mpa, which is within a reasonable range. The finite element collision model of an automobile and barrier is established by Hyperworks and LS-DYNA software.The simulation results show that the barrier matrix does not move and deform. According to the simulation results, the impact force transmission path is optimized, and the reliability and service life of the barrier are improved.
