高职院校专业教师下企业锻炼的现状与措施

Current Situation and Measures of Enterprise Exercise under Professional Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校专业教师下企业锻炼,是提高教师教学能力和科研能力的重要途径,也是高职教育发展的需要。文章针对目前高职教师下企业锻炼中存在的问题,提出了相应的改进措施:首先需要有完善的下企业锻炼管理制度,其次需要学校、教师、企业三方共同努力,这样才能使高职教师下企业锻炼富有成效。

Enterprise training for professional teachers in higher vocational colleges is an important way to improve teachers' teaching and scientific research abilities, as well as the need for the development of Higher Vocational education. Aiming at the problems existing in the training of Higher Vocational Teachers in enterprises, this paper puts forward corresponding improvement measures: first, we need to improve the training management system of lower enterprises, and secondly, we need the joint efforts of schools, teachers and enterprises, so as to make the training of Higher Vocational Teachers in enterprises more effective.
