磷霉素联合加替沙星注射液对肺结核合并下呼吸道感染患者的临床价值分析

Clinical Value of Fosfomycin Combined with Gatifloxacin Injection in Treatment of Patients with Pulmonary Tuberculosis Complicated by Lower Respiratory Tract Infection

目的分析磷霉素联合加替沙星注射液对肺结核合并下呼吸道感染患者的临床价值。方法选取2015年2月-2017年3月接受治疗的102例肺结核合并下呼吸道感染患者,并根据治疗药物的不同分为对照组与观察组,每组51例。对照组给予加替沙星注射液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合磷霉素治疗。观察2组的临床疗效、细菌清除率以及不良反应。结果观察组临床总有效率和细菌清除率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应总发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论磷霉素联合加替沙星注射液治疗肺结核合并下呼吸道感染患者的临床疗效显著,细菌清除率高且不增加不良反应发生率。

Objective To analyze clinical value of Fosfomycin combined with Gatifloxacin Injection in treatment of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis complicated by lower respiratory tract infection. Methods A total of 102 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis complicated by lower respiratory tract infection admitted during February 2015 and March 2017 were divided into control group and observation group ( n =51 in each group) according to different therapeutic drugs. Control group was treated with Gatifloxacin injection, while observation group was added with Fosfomycin on the basis of treatment for control group. Clinical efficacy, bacterial clearance rate and incidence rate of adverse reactions were observed in two groups. Results The total clinical effective rate and bacterial clearance rate in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group ( P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence rate of adverse reactions between two groups ( P >0.05). Conclusion Fosfomycin combined with Gatifloxacin Injection in treatment of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis complicated by lower respiratory tract infection may achieve significantly clinical efficacy and high bacterial clearance rate without increasing incidence rate of adverse reactions.
