摘要
提高教师教学质量离不开教学督导专业化的建设。文章调查分析了河西学院校级教学督导员队伍情况、教学督导实施内容与方法及实施的效果等问题。优化校级教学督导工作,需要制定科学且合理的督导评价体系,加强教学督导人员的培训,保证教学督导工作有效实施。
The improvement of teachers’teaching quality is inseparable from the construction of professional teaching supervision. The situation of teaching supervisors the content and methods of teaching supervision and the ef-fects of implementation in Hexi University is investigated and analyzed. To optimize school-level teaching supervi-sion,it is necessary to establish a scientific and reasonable supervision and evaluation system,strengthen the training of teaching supervisors,and ensure the effective implementation of teaching supervision so as to ensure the effective implementation of teaching supervision.
