创新性不是教育研究选题的基本要求吗?——对教育部考试中心《考研大纲》中一个知识点的质疑

摘要 教育研究的选题要遵循一些基本要求。教育研究方法类教科书普遍认同教育研究选题的创新性原则,而教育部考试中心的《考研大纲》却没有将创新性列为选题的基本要求,这一做法值得思考。《考研大纲》不应否认选题的创新性;选题新颖是教育研究创新的充分条件而非必要条件;在重价值轻创新或者说价值优先于创新的前提下能够选出既有价值又有创新性的课题,因而《考研大纲》并没有否认选题的创新要求,只是它被“选题要有价值”取代、不必书写了。 Some basic requirements must be followed in the selection of educational research subject. It is found that educational research methodology textbooks generally agree with the innovative principle of educational research subject selection. It is the problem of a worthy thinking that the Outline for Graduate Entrance Examination of the Examination Center of the Ministry of Education does not include innovation as the basic requirement for selecting subject. The Outline of Postgraduate Entrance Examination should not deny the innovation of subject selection. Novelty in subject selection is a sufficient but not a necessary condition for innovation in educational r esearch. That researchers are able to s elect a subject that is both valuable and innovative on the premise that value takes precedence over innovation or value takes precedence over innovation. Therefore, the Outline for P ostgraduate Entrance Examination does not deny the innovative requirem ents of the topic s election. But it was replaced by "choose the topic to be valuable" withou t writing.
