邵阳城乡融合发展问题研究

Research on the Integration of Urban and Rural Development in Shaoyang City

十九大报告明确提出"建立健全城乡融合发展体制机制和政策体系"。重塑城乡关系,走城乡融合发展之路对促进城乡社会和谐、稳定、健康、持续而有活力地发展具有重大理论、实践和现实意义。文章就邵阳城乡关系现状、城乡融合发展的制约因素、实现路径进行探讨。

The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China has clearly put forward the concept of "establishing and perfecting the institutional mechanism and policy system of urban-rural integration and development". Reconstructing the relationship between urban and rural areas and developing an urban and rural integration is of prominent theoretical,practical and realistic significance in promoting a harmonious,stable,healthy,sustainable and lively urban and rural development. The paper makes a study on the current situation of the urban-rural relationship in Shaoyang city,the restrictions in achieving the integration of urban and rural development and the way to achieve it.
