长大上坡线形条件下高速公路路面结构设计探讨 被引量:2

摘要 针对高速公路通车后数月内即出现早期车辙病害这一问题,结合长大上坡路面结构设计的主要控制指标——永久变形量Ra,采用正交分析法对典型路面结构的永久变形量Ra进行分析。明确了主要影响永久变形量Ra的为沥青面层,基层及路基参数对其影响不大;确定了在路面结构其他结构参数一致的情况下,不同动稳定度条件下中面层厚度选取存在最优厚度这一结论。 There is a problem of early rutting disease within several months after a large number of expressways open to traffic in China. Combined with the main control index - permanent deformation Ra in the design of long uphill pavement structure, this paper analyzes the permanent deformation Ra of the typical pavement structure by the orthogonality analysis method. The results show that the main influence on the permanent deformation Ra is the asphalt surface, and the base and subgrade parameters have little influence on it. It is also determined that other structural parameters of pavement structure are consistent. There is a conclusion that the optimum thickness exists in the selection of the thickness of the middle layer under the different dynamic stability conditions.
