摘要
随着城市交通的发展需要,在既有主线高架上增加上下匝道以改善交通条件的疏解方案近年来逐渐增多。但在市中心繁华路段如何快速、安全、环保地进行桥梁建设,给设计者带来了诸多挑战。以上海市南北高架中兴路下匝道工程为例,就市中心区域新建匝道可能涉及的桥梁拼宽技术、桥墩台预制拼装技术、超近距离管线保护、超高声屏障作用下的结构稳定性等多个问题进行了分析、设计及讨论。通过前期的精细化设计、后期的高效施工组织,采用全预制拼装技术,有序高效地完成了工程建设,以期为国内类似工程的设计与施工提供借鉴。
With the development demand of urban traffic, there are more and more schemes of adding the upper and lower ramps on the existing viaduct of the main line to improve the traffic condition. However, how to fast, safely and environmentally protectively construct the bridges in the busy streets of city center brings many challenges to the designers. Taking Shanghai North-south Viaduct Zhongxing Road Lower Ramp Project as an example, this paper analyzes, designs and discusses the bridge widening technology, abutment and pier prefabrication technology, ultra short-distance pipeline protection and structure stability under the action of ultrahigh sound barrier possibly involved in the newly built ramps in the city center. The fully prefabricating technology is used to orderly and efficiently complete the engineering construction through the previous fine design and later efficient construction organization in order to provide the reference for the design and construction of the similar projects in China.
