摘要
MBR工艺是近几年才开始广泛应用的新型污水处理工艺,它将膜过滤和生物反应器有机的结合在一起,在较小停留时间的情况下保证很高的污泥龄。与传统工艺相比,在达到同样出水水质的情况下,MBR工艺容积负荷高,可节省生化池占地,占地面积可减少到传统活性污泥法的1/3到1/5。以青岛市某污水处理厂为例,介绍了MBR膜生物反应器的设计参数、膜污染控制等方面的内容。
The MBR process is a new type of wastewater treatment process that has been widely used in recent years. It combines the membrane filtration with bioreactor organically to ensure very high sludge age in the case of smaller residence time. Compared with the traditional process, the MBR process has a high volumetric load when the same effluent quality is achieved, which can save the space of the biochemical tank and reduce the space to 1/3 ~ 1/5 of the traditional activated sludge process. Taking a wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) in Qingdao as an example, this paper introduces the design parameters and membrane fouling control of MBR.
