可模拟盾构切削混凝土地下连续墙的试验技术

摘要 盾构切削超深地连墙进出洞时盾构刀盘的布置型式以及可切削混凝土的配比设计是上海市苏州河深层排水调蓄管道系统工程试验段的主要难题之一。基于可模拟盾构切削混凝土地连墙的试验要求,制定相应的试验模拟技术以及试验过程参数监测方案,并结合初步试验成果,提出了技术优化方案。研究成果可为同类超深地连墙盾构穿越工程提供借鉴。 The layout of shield cutter head and the proportion design of the machinable concrete are the main problems of the test section of Shanghai Suzhou River Deep Drainage and Storage Pipeline System Project when the shield machine cuts through the ultra-deep diaphragm wall in and out of tunnel. Based on the test requirement of simulating the shield cutting the concrete underground diaphragm wall, the relevant test simulation technique and the test process parameter monitoring scheme are determined. Combined with the preliminary test result, this paper puts forward the technical optimization scheme. The study result can be referred for the similar ultra-deep diaphragm wall shield tunneling projects.
