摘要 为促进建筑设备管理与数据信息化技术深度融合,达到设备全寿命周期经济效益最优化的目的,对建筑企业设备需求趋势进行预测,建立了建筑企业标准设备和非标设备的预知性维修模式;优化了设备全寿命周期的绩效管理;确立了建筑企业设备关键备件的管控体系。通过数据信息和设备管理的深度融合,不仅可保障设备稳定、安全、高效的可持续运行,还可实现设备全寿命周期的精细化价值管理。 In order to promote the in-depth integration of construction equipment management and data informatization technology and to achieve the purpose of economic benefit optimization of equipment life cycle, this paper forecasts the tendency of equipment demands in construction enterprises. The foreseeability maintenance mode of standard and non-standard equipment for construction enterprises is established, the performance management of the equipment life cycle is optimized and the management and control system of critical spares in the equipment of construction enterprises is established. The in-depth integration of data information and equipment management can not only ensure the stably, safely and efficiently sustainable operation of equipment, but also realize the refining value management of equipment life cycle.
