摘要
公共汽车交通服务质量直接影响着乘客公交出行的选择意愿,提升公交服务水平是公交优先发展战略实施的关键要素。由于公共汽车运行过程受到内外部环境因素的约束和影响,车辆运行过程中实际的服务质量产出低于理论水平。通过对运行服务特征参数的统计分析发现,路段行程时间所占比例远远高于站点停靠时间所占比例,路段车头时距偏差是导致运行服务偏差产生的主要原因。因此导致我国公共汽车服务水平低下的关键因素是路段运行服务的波动,是改善公交服务可靠性着重考虑的方向。
The traffic service quality of but will directly influence the willingness of passengers to choose the bus trip. The improvement of bus service level is the key element for the implementation of the bus priority development strategy. Owing to that the bus operation process is restrained and influenced by the internal and external environmental factors, the actual service quality output is lower than the theoretical level in the vehicle operation process. According to the statistical analysis of operation service characteristic parameters, the proportion of road travel time is much higher than the proportion of stop time. The time headway deviation of road section is the main cause to generate the operation service deviation. Therefore, the key factor to generate the low service level of bus in China is the fluctuation of operation service in road section, which is the direction to improve the reliability of bus service.
