摘要
氟原子具有较小的分子半径与较高的电负性,在有机分子中引入氟原子后常常能改变分子的物理、化学及生物学性质。过渡金属催化含氟烷烃的偶联反应是制备含氟化合物的重要方法之一。以含氟有机原料为砌块构建各类含氟有机化合物已受到广泛关注。重点介绍了近年来过渡金属钯、镍、铜催化的各类含氟烷烃的偶联反应。
Fluorine atom has small molecular radius and high electronegativity,thus the indroduction of fluorine atom can usually lead to changes in the physical,chemical,and biological properties of organic molecules.Transition metal-catalyzed coupling reaction of fluoroalkanes is an important method for preparing fluorinated compounds.Using fluorinated organic materials as blocks to construct various fluorinated organic compounds has attracted wide attention.We summarize the coupling reactions of various fluoroalkanes catalyzed by transition metal Pd,Ni,and Cu.
