Review of Political Economics about the Government’s Land Policy of Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation

以马克思的地租理论为理论指导,分析当前双创土地政策作为中国特色社会主义土地管理制度创新的政治经济学意义。文章基于马克思政治经济学理论进路提出研究问题,从政治经济学理论角度分析促进新业态新产业发展的双创用地政策特点,以成都市郫都区菁蓉小镇为例进行剖析,对这一新政将如何促进新产业新业态发展的未来改革路径开展探讨。

Guided by Marx’s theory of land rent, this paper analyzes the meaning of political economics about land policy. Firstly, this paper puts forward the research questions based on the approach of Marxism political economics. Then it analyzes the characteristics of land policy from the perspective of political economics theory. And then it analyzes the characteristics of land supply form from the perspective of political economy theory. Finally, this paper summarizes the development path of land policy to promote the development of new industry.
