内镜辅助下茎突中部截断术治疗茎突综合征9例临床分析

Clinical analysis of nine patients with styloid syndrome treated with endoscopic-assisted truncation of central styloid process

目的探讨茎突综合征手术治疗的方法。方法对9例确诊为茎突综合征的患者在内镜辅助下行茎突中部截断术。结果治愈7例,全部患者咽部症状明显改善。结论内镜辅助下行茎突中部截断术治疗茎突综合征,手术简单、安全,具有较高的临床疗效。

Objective To explore the better way of surgical treatment on styloid process syndrome. Methods Nine patients with styloid underwent endoscopic-assisted truncation of central styloid process. Results A total of 7 cases were cured and the pharyngeal symptoms of all patients were improved significantly. Conclusion Endoscope-assisted truncation of central styloid process is simple and safe, it had satisfactory therapeutic efficacy.
