荸荠低温快速催芽改良新技术 被引量:2

摘要 近几年随着新型连栋玻璃温室的推广,荸荠这一江南广泛种植的、具有浓郁地域特色的南方水生蔬菜也开始出现在北方的观光温室中。为了适应荸荠喜温暖、爱湿润、不耐寒的特性,满足北方农业观光种植全年换茬的要求,为大型温室种植荸荠奠定坚实基础,在传统苗床育秧法及稻草覆盖法的基础上,探索、总结出一种改良的荸荠催芽技术,解决了传统的低温条件下荸荠不出芽的问题。改良后的催芽技术可实现北方冬季或者低温条件下荸荠的快速发芽,在不增加其他投入的情况下,大大缩短催芽时间,提质增效显著,且操作简单,易于实现,为荸荠在北方温室的推广种植,以及南菜北种技术创新,做出了有益的尝试。 Water chestnut is an aquatic vegetable widely planted in the southern states and has strong regional characters. In recent years, with the promotion of new multi-span glass greenhouse, water chestnut planting has begun to appear in the northern sightseeing greenhouse. In order to adapt to the characteristics of water chestnut, such as warmth, moist and no cold-resistance, meet the requirements of annual crop changing for agricultural sightseeing planting and lay a solid foundation of water chestnut in large greenhouse, a new and improved technology of water chestnut germination promotion was introduced on the basis of traditional germination technology and straw mulching method, which could solve the problem that water chestnut could not bud under the traditional low temperature condition. The rapid germination of water chestnut at low temperature or northern winter could be realized by the improved germination promotion technology. The new technology shortened germination time greatly, improved the quality and synergy remarkably and was simple and easy to operate. This technology was suitable for northern greenhouse, which was a beneficial attempt to innovate the technology of southern vegetable planted in the North.
