摘要
根据AP系列核岛主管道的设计特点和安装要求,进行主管道安装的理论分析和AP1000全尺寸实体模拟实践,研究、应用和总结AP系列主管道安装所涉及的三大技术,包括窄间隙自动钨极氩弧焊焊接技术、激光精密测量技术和在线坡口加工技术,掌握主管道安装过程中的焊接变形规律,同时解决焊接变形数据的控制和传递问题,在保证主管道安装质量的同时,能够加快核岛的整体安装进度。
According to the design feature and installation requirement of AP nuclear power main pipelines, the installation of main pipelines has been analyzed theoretically and full-scale entity simulation of AP1000 has been carried out. We have studied, applied and concluded the major three techniques involved in installing the main pipelines of AP series, including the welding technology of narrow gap argon tungsten-arc welding, the laser precision measurement technology and the on-line groove processing technology, the law of welding deformation in installing main pipelines has been discovered and meanwhile, the controlling and transferring of welding deformation data has been solved, so as to guarantee the installation quality of main pipelines and speed up the overall installation of the nuclear island.
