T型触探不同截面形状探头变形和强度分析

摘要 T型触探仪探头轴长比越小,表面粗糙度对测试结果的影响越小,但探头的变形会增加,强度会减小。针对T型触探探头与静力触探的丝扣式和锥槽式这两种结合方式,该文取一半探头进行分析,假定探头为悬壁梁,分别分析了探头挠度、探头底部中点强度随探头轴长比的变化情况。结果显示,矩形截面最优,菱形截面最差。随着轴长比的减小,探头端部的挠度迅速增加,探头强度逐渐降低。锥槽的存在对探头挠度和强度的影响很小。采用轴长比为0.5的探头,能够满足探头变形和强度的要求。 The smaller the aspect ratio of the T-bar probe, the smaller influence of the surface roughness on the test results. However, the deformation of the probe increases and the strength decreases. This paper focuses on screw and socket connection probes, which are two kinds of combination of T-bar probe and cone penetration probe. Half of the probe can be treated to be a cantilever beam, and the probe deflection and the yield strength of the middle point of the probe bottom is analyzed. The results show that the rectangular section is the best and the rhombus section is the worst. As the aspect ratio decreases, the deflection at the tip of the probe increases rapidly and the probe strength decreases. The existence of conical groove has little effect on the deflection and strength of the probe. Adoption of the probe with an aspect ratio of 0.5 meets the requirements of deformation and strength.
