促进国有电力建设企业科技成果转化的思考

Thoughts on Promoting the Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements in China’s Power Construction Enterprises

近年来,国家出台了一系列政策法规以促进科技成果转化,科技成果转化数量、质量和速度呈现快速增长,但是从整体上看,我国科技成果转化成效并不理想。企业作为技术创新和科技成果转化的主体,在成果转化中也还存在着一系列问题。本文针对企业遇到的问题,结合国有电力建设企业科技成果转化现状,提出促进国有电力建设企业科技成果转化相关建议。

In recent years, the state has set up a series of policies and regulations to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.The quantity, quality and speed of transformation of scientific and technological achievements are increasing rapidly, but on the whole, the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in China is not ideal. Enterprises, as the main body of technological innovation and transformation of scientific and technological achievements, are facing a series of problems during the process.In view of the problems encountered by China's power construction enterprises and the current situation of the transformation difficulties mentioned above, this paper puts forward some suggestions on promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in China's power construction enterprises.
