我国警察职业人格发展变化研究及启示

Exploration and Enlightenment of the Development of Police Professional Personality in China

采用卡特尔16PF人格调查问卷对近200名公安民警实施了测量,并将测量结果与以往采用卡特尔16PF人格问卷针对我国警察群体实施人格测量的结果进行了对比分析,以探索二十多年来我国警察职业人格变化的趋势、特点和规律。结果显示:“智慧性”、“忧虑性”和“紧张性”三项人格特质随时代发展变化显著,意味着我国警察群体的学识和才智逐步提升的同时,心理素质和身心健康状况却每况愈下。未来相关部门应进一步加大对公安民警心理健康建设的重视程度和工作力度。

In this study, the Cartel 16PF Personality Questionnaire was used to measure nearly 200 public security police officers. The result was compared with the results of personality measurements of Chinese policemen using the Cartel 16PF Personality Questionnaire previously for exploring the trend, the characteristics and the laws of the changes in professional personality of policemen in China over the years. The results show that three personality traits (intelligence, anxiety and tension) have changed significantly, which means that the knowledge and talents of the policemen in China are gradually improving, while the mental health are deteriorating. In the future, relevant departments should pay more attention to and work harder on the mental health of the policemen.
