Research on the Training of Police’s Media Responding Ability

公安民警在日常工作中应对媒体时,常常表现的不得章法,主要原因就是缺乏相关的专项训练。以公安民警媒体应对能力培养为出发点,介绍了培训的基本方法,并总结出激发学习动机、营造学习氛围、转变教官定位、设计真实情景四个关键因素,通过短期系统培训,达到提升媒体应对能力的目标,为公安教育训练工作者提供参考。

The police are often not disciplined in responding to media in daily work. The main reason is the lack of specialized training. Base on the training of police’s media responding ability, the paper introduces the basic methods of training, and sums up four key factors, such as learning motivation, learning atmosphere, instructors’ position, and the real scene. The research is to achieve the goal of improving media responding ability through short-term systematic training, and providing effective reference for police education and training.
