摘要
优化贴阀装置,以提高纸纱复合袋糊底机贴阀的稳定性与控制精度.首先,以贴阀装置为研究对象,对其滚珠丝杠副传动系统刚度和步进电机负载力矩进行分析;其次,分别以滚珠丝杠副传动系统刚度和步进电机负载力矩最优为设计目标建立数学优化模型,以丝杠直径、导程、加速时间和匀速时间为设计变量,最后求解该约束优化问题;对比分析两次优化结果后获取最优参数.结果表明:以步进电机负载力矩为设计目标的优化方案效果最优,该方案使滚珠丝杠副传动系统刚度提升了14.7%,步进电机负载力矩减少了59.2%;优化后的贴阀装置提高了滚珠丝杠副传动系统刚度、降低了步进电机负载力矩,增强了贴阀稳定性与准确性.
The optimization of the valve sticking device can improve the stability and control accuracy of valve sticking of the paper and yarn compounded bag bottom pasting machine.Firstly,taking the valve sticking device as the research object,the stiffness of the ball screw pair transmission system and the load torque of the stepping motor are analyzed.Secondly,the mathematical optimization model is established by taking the optimal stiffness of the ball screw pair transmission system and the optimal load torque of the stepping motor as the design objectives respectively.Finally,the constrained optimization problem is solved and the optimal parameters are obtained after comparing and analyzing the two optimization results.The results show that the optimal scheme with the load torque of the stepping motor as the design objective has the best effect,which improves the stiffness of the ball screw pair transmission system by 14.7%,and decreases the load torque of the stepping motor by 59.2%.The optimized valve sticking device improves the stiffness of the ball screw pair transmission system and reduces the load torque of the stepping motor,and the stability and control accuracy of valve sticking are enhanced.
