考虑违约的校园双选招聘会就业匹配研究

Study on Employment Matching in Campus Double-choice Job Fairs Considering Defaults

摘要 高校毕业生与招聘单位签约后,违约现象时有发生.为使毕业生与招聘单位进行适当匹配以获得稳定的匹配结果,并使双方满意度达到最大,实现毕业生的高质量就业,基于双边匹配理论,研究考虑违约情况下毕业生与招聘单位的双向满意度问题.根据双边匹配理论,以学生满意度、企业满意度及实际违约金与期望违约金之比的加权之和最大为目标,将学生分为风险偏好型、风险规避型和风险适中型三类,建立了考虑违约的0-1规划模型.算例验证表明,所建匹配模型正确、方法有效. Defaults often occurs after college graduates signing their contracts with recruiting units.Based on the bilateral matching theory,this paper studies the bi directional satisfaction between graduates and employers in the case of default,so as to obtain stable matching results,maximize the satisfaction of both sides,and achieve high quality employment of graduates.According to the bilateral matching theory,aiming to maximize the student satisfaction,enterprise satisfaction and the weighted sum of the ratio of actual liquidated damages to expected liquidated damages,the students are divided into three types:risk preference type, risk aversion type and risk moderate type,consequently,a 0 1 planning model considering default is established.The example shows that the model is correct and the method is effective.
