基于甲供主材模式的水电工程质量控制策略——以金沙江梯级水电工程为例

On the Quality Control Strategy of Hydropower Projects based on the Major Material Supply Mode by Party A ——A Case Study of the Cascade Hydropower Projects in Jinsha River

摘要 水电工程主要物资材料需求量大,且其质量直接关系到工程质量。采用甲供主材模式,对控制物资材料的质量具有较好作用。以金沙江梯级水电工程为例,通过甲供主材模式的管理创新,采用“四级台帐”管理、“三级质检”体系、工程物资核销、数据流信息化等手段,甲供主材的采购、储运、使用环节更加规范有序,主材质量得到有效管控。 In hydropower projects, the demand of major construction materials is large and the material quality is of a direct influence on the quality of the projects. As the major material supply mode by Party A could help to control the material quality, it is adopted in the cascade hydropower projects in Jinsha River. Several innovative management approaches, including the four-level account management, the three-level quality inspection system, the material write-off process and the data flow informatization, are implemented. With these measures, the material procurement, storage, transportation and usage are more standardized and orderly, and the quality of major materials is effectively managed and controlled.
