2013—2018年北京市西城区手足口病时空聚集性分析

Spatial-temporal trends and clustering of hand-foot-mouth disease in Xicheng District,Beijing( 2013-2018)

目的分析2013-2018年北京市西城区手足口病时空聚集分布特点,掌握高发聚集时段和区域,为做好辖区手足口病精准防控工作提供理论依据。方法从“疾病监测信息报告管理系统”中获取北京市西城区2013-2018年手足口病病例信息,再应用SaTScan9.6软件进行时空聚集性扫描分析。结果2013-2018年北京市西城区各街道均有手足口病病例报告,6年累计报告手足口病6526例,年均发病率为81.26/10万,发病呈明显季节性,发病高峰为5~8月。散居儿童和托幼儿童是主要发病人群,占病例总数的71.27%(4651/6526)。SaTScan时空扫描分析显示全区各街道均有手足口病流行,聚集时间多为6~7月份,一类聚集区集中于南部(原宣武区),二类聚集区涉及北部偏东的3个街道。结论北京市西城区手足口病存在时空聚集性,高发聚集区位于西城区南部,应在发病高峰到来前重点加强南部各街道的手足口病防控工作。

Objective To analyze the spatial and temporal clustering characteristics of hand-foot-mouth disease (HFMD) in Xicheng District of Beijing from 2013 to 2018,and to understand the period and area of high-incidence aggregation to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of HFMD diseases. Methods The incidence data of hand-foot-mouth disease in Xicheng from 2013 to 2018 were collected from national disease reporting information system. Retrospective spatial-temporal analysis was performed using SaTScan 9.6 software. Results In 2013-2018,there were reports of HFMD in all streets of Xicheng District,Beijing. A total of 6 526 cases of HFMD reported in the past 6 years,and the annual incidence rate was 81.26/100 000. The incidence was seasonal,and the peak incidence occurred in May-August. Scattered children and young children were the main affected population,accounting for 71.27%(4 651/6 526) of the total number of cases. Spatio-temporal scan analysis showed that there were HFMD epidemics in all streets in the district. The gathering time was mostly from June to July. The first cluster area was concentrated in the south (formerly Xuanwu District),and the secondary cluster area involved three streets in the north east. Conclusion The HFMD diseases in Xicheng had spatial and temporal clustering. The high-incidence area was located in the south of Xicheng. It is necessary to strengthen the prevention and control of HFMD in the southern streets before high-incidence time.
