健康村镇评价指标体系及其应用——以宜昌市高坝洲镇为例

Application of the evaluation index system of healthy towns in Gaobazhou Town,Yichang

目的以宜昌市高坝洲镇为例,运用评估指标体系,了解该地健康镇建设现状,发现存在的问题,总结主要做法及经验,推动宜昌市及全国其它地区健康镇建设实践工作。方法采用中国疾控中心农村改水技术指导中心组织起草的《健康镇评价指标体系》对高坝洲镇健康镇建设相关63项指标进行评估。结果2017年宜昌市高坝洲镇健康镇建设评估总指数为72.43。除12项指标未被评价外,余下32项达到目标值,19项未达目标值。其中,健康人群指数与综合权重的比值最低,为38.80%,而规划与制度占比最高,为100.00%。结论研究采用的健康镇评价指标体系有效评价了该镇健康镇的建设现状,为下一步健康乡镇建设提供建议。

Objective Taking Gaobazhou Town as an example,the current situation and problems of healthy towns were evaluated to promote the construction of healthy towns in Yichang City and other areas. Methods The evaluation index system of healthy towns drafted by China CDC Rural Water Improvement Technical Guidance Center was used to evaluate 63 indicators related to the construction of healthy villages and towns in Gaobazhou Town. Results In 2017,the total index of healthy villages and towns in Yichang was 72.43. There were 12 indicators not evaluated. Of the 51 indicators evaluated,32 indicators achieved the target value,while the other 19 did not reach the target value. The ratio of health population index to comprehensive weight was the lowest,being 38.80%,while the ratio of planning and system was the highest,at 100.00%. Conclusion The evaluation index system used in this study effectively evaluated the construction status of a healthy town,which provides a reference for future evaluations of the construction of healthy towns.
