空气污染暴露与老年认知下降关联的系统综述 被引量:2

A systematic review on the association between air pollution and cognitive decline in the elder people

摘要 目的探讨空气污染是否可能成为导致老年人认知下降的危险因素。方法对国内外关于空气污染与老年人认知功能关系的研究进行系统综述。结果纳入23项研究均显示空气污染与老年人认知下降呈正相关。结论空气污染的暴露可能导致老年人的认知损伤。具体作用的污染物成分及作用机制仍有待进一步探索。 Objective To investigate whether air pollution may be a risk factor for cognitive decline in the elderly. Methods A systematic review on domestic and international researches concerning the relationship between air pollution and cognitive function of the elderly was conducted. Results 23 studies reviewed in this article showed a positive correlation between air pollution and cognitive decline in the elderly. Conclusion Exposure to air pollution may lead to cognitive impairment in the elderly. The specific pollutant components and their mode of action still need further exploration.
