摘要 特殊教育专业大学生的学习投入关系到特教师资队伍职前培养的成效。随机抽样调查了贵州、广西等地的特殊教育专业大学生的学习投入现状及职业价值观、专业认同与学习投入的关系。结果显示:特殊教育专业大学生学习投入处于中等水平,发展因素是学习投入的有效预测变量,行为性认同是学习投入的有效预测变量,专业认同在职业价值观与学习投入之间存在部分中介作用。因此,不仅可以通过职业价值观培养,还可以通过提升学生的专业认同,来提升学生的学习投入。 The study engagement of college students majoring in special education is related to the effec. tiveness of pre-service training of special education teachers. Taking a random sample to college students ma. joring in special education of Guizhou, Guangxi and other places as subjects, this study aims to explore the present situation of the study engagement and the relationship between vocational value, specialty identity and study engagement. The results show that:the study engagement of college students majoring in special educa. tion is in the middle level, the development factor is an effective predictor of study engagement, the behavioral identity is an effective predictor of study engagement, specialty identity partially mediates between vocational value and study engagement. Therefore, we can not only cultivate vocational value, but also enhance students' specialty identity to enhance their study engagement.
