How to Establish the Harmonious Doctor-patient Relationship by Restricting the Participants of Public Opinion

近年来伤医事件频发,与医患关系相关的话题在法律界和医学界引起了广泛的讨论和思考。通过对多起事件发生发展过程中的重要因素以及各个参与主体表现出的特点进行综合分析,发现社会舆论在医患纠纷发生前后所发挥的重要作用。提出不断完善法律法规,树立法律权威;进行医疗、法律知识宣传,提高公民医疗素养、法制观念;强调媒体的职业自律;加强医疗服务机构与社会公众的交流沟通等措施,改善社会舆论环境,促进医患关系和谐健康发展。

Due to the frequent occurrence of injuries in recent years,the topic of doctor-patient relationship has aroused extensive discussion and reflection in the legal and medical circles.This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the important factors in the occurrence and development of several incidents and the characteristics of each participant,and finds out the important role played by public opinion before and after the occurrence of medical disputes.To improve the public opinion environment and promote the harmonious and healthy development of doctor-patient relationship,we should constantly improve laws and regulations,establish legal authority,publicize medical and legal knowledge,improve citizens' medical literacy and legal concept,emphasize the professional self-discipline of the media,and strengthen the communication between medical service institutions and the public.
