摘要
在当今我国公立医院多院区发展模式下,如何保证病案科工作的同品质化给病案管理带来一系列的挑战。从武汉市某大型三级甲等医院病案科目前的编码、质控、复印岗位工作流程及不断优化的职能分组实践中,阐述病案管理具体工作模式、一体化管理举措,尽力做到医院的三个院区同品质服务,保证其运行效能达到最大化。同时对实践中出现的科室人员编制扩充不足、医生轮转沟通不及时、多区数据联网调取速度慢等管理难点提出了整体规划、动态管理、标准化执行等优化的建议。病案管理工作亦需结合外部环境和内部发展进一步探索多院区管理的高效模式。
The development mode of multi-district in China's public hospitals brings a series of challenges to the management of medical records in ensuring the same high quality service.Based on the practice of the current optimized workflow for medical record coding,quality control and copying,this article first elaborated the exact working mode,management measures for unifying to maintain the balanced quality of service among the three districts of the hospital and maximizing the efficiency.Meanwhile,it summarized the management difficulties in the medical record,including the lack of professional management staff,and the ineffective communication with doctors due to hospital rotation,the slow and delayed data extraction and so on.Accordingly,it put forward suggestions like overall planning,dynamic management,and operation standardization.A highly efficient mode needs to be further explored by combing external environment and internal development for the management of medical records department.
