摘要
[目的]研究不同木槿品种在苏北地区气候适应能力。[方法]在-25--5℃低温处理下,通过测定15个木槿品种枝条的相对电导率,结合生长恢复试验下扦插枝条成活率的调查,分析了15个木槿品种抗寒性的差异。[结果]随着处理温度的降低,各木槿品种枝条相对电导率均呈“S”型上升趋势,不同品种间枝条相对电导率有差异,15个木槿品种半致死温度(LT50)在-23.64--16.57℃。[结论]供试品种中2号和6号冬季需一定防护措施,其他木槿品种在苏北地区气候条件下无需保护措施即可过冬。
[Objective]In order to study the climate adaptability of different Hibiscus syriacus varieties in Northern Jiangsu.[Method]The relative conductivities of 15 Hibiscus syriacus branches were determined by low temperature treatment at -25--5℃,and the survival rate of cuttings under the growth recovery test was investigated. The differences in cold resistance of 15 Hibiscus syriacus varieties were analyzed.[Result]The relative conductivities of the branches of the Hibiscus syriacus varieties increased with the decrease of treatment temperature,and the relative conductivities of the branches varied among different varieties. The semi-lethal temperature(LT50)of 15 Hibiscus syriacus varieties were -23.64--16.57℃.[Conclusion]In the winter,the 2nd and 6th varieties of the tested varieties need certain protective measures. Other Hibiscus syriacus varieties could survive the winter without the protection measures under the climatic conditions in Northern Jiangsu.
