摘要
我国城市发展已进入生活服务业推动城市更新的可持续发展阶段,城市更新是对既有老旧建筑的改造、升级与使用功能的创新,主要是指对历史街区与建筑遗存的传承与活化、工业区及工业建筑遗产保护与利用,以及老旧小区的综合改造。其中,老旧小区改造成为民生与城市安全风险管理的焦点。本文介绍了其存在的问题、改造原则,以及鄂州滨湖社区无障碍宜居社区改造案例。
Urban development in China has entered the stage of life services to promote the sustainable development of urban renewal. Urban renewal is an innovation of the transformation, upgrading use functions of existing old buildings, mainly referring to the inheritance and activation of historical blocks and architectural remains, the protection and utilization of industrial and industrial building heritage, and the comprehensive transformation of old residential areas. Among them, the transformation of old residential areas has become the focus of people's livelihood and urban safety risk management. This paper introduces the existing problems, transformation principles, and the case of barrier-free and livable community transformation in Ezhou lakeside community.
