巴黎城市历史街区更新策略与途径研究

Research on Urban Renewal Strategies and Approaches of Historic Areas in Paris

巴黎是世界上城市历史街区更新的成功典范。本文通过对巴黎的案例研究认为,巴黎历史街区城市更新策略和途径主要包括两个方面:一方面,巴黎通过将历史建筑赋予现代功能,“活化”了历史文化资源,体现了历史与现代生活的融合;另一方面,通过优化提升历史街区公共空间恢复了历史街区活力。巴黎城市历史街区城市更新计划的实施成功实现了城市历史街区的更新升级,提升了城市品质和吸引力,促进了城市产业和经济发展,为我国城市历史街区更新提供了良好的示范和借鉴。

Paris is a successful example of urban renewal worldwide. Based on the case study of urban renewal of historic areas in central Paris, this paper proposes that, on the one hand, Paris integrated history into modern life through the "activation" and reuse of historical and cultural resources;on the other hand, Paris restored the vitality of historical areas by optimizing public space. Based on the two strategies and approaches, Paris successfully renovated and upgraded its historical areas, improved the quality and attractiveness of the city, as well as promoted the development of urban industry and economy. The experience of urban renewal of historic areas in Paris provides a good demonstration and reference for cities in China.
