摘要
对智能封堵器的密封胶筒进行分析研究,建立胶筒的力学模型,并通过有限元仿真研究胶筒高度、胶筒侧面倾角、端面倾角、防突结构等结构参数对胶筒密封性能的影响。基于研究结果,以获得胶筒与管道内壁接触面峰值接触压力和较大有效密封距离为优化目标,对胶筒的结构参数进行优化设计,得到较优的结构参数组合方案。研究结果对封堵器的密封系统设计具有一定的参考作用。
The sealing sleeve of the intelligent plugging device is analyzed and studied,and the force model of the rubber cylinder is established. The influence of the height of the rubber tube,the side angle of the rubber cylinder,the angle of the end face and the structure of the outburst prevention on the sealing performance of the rubber cylinder is studied by finite element simulation. Based on the research results,we get the peak contact pressure and the larger effective seal distance between the rubber cylinder and the inner wall of the pipe as the optimization objective,optimize the structural parameters of the rubber cylinder,and get a better combination of structural parameters. The results of the study have a certain guiding role in the design of the sealing system of the occluder.
