摘要
针对长途行驶的大客车经常性出现冷却液过热的问题,提出了一种在大型客车车头加装前置散热器的方法,通过电水泵引入高温冷却液,利用行驶过程中流动的空气冷却。当发动机过热,需要高强度冷却时,还能让前置散热系统和主冷却系统同时工作,加速散热。为了防止散热过度,通过调节电控水泵以及电控百叶窗开度,精确控制冷却强度,使发动机在适宜的温度范围工作。
The long-distance bus often appears to be overheating of the cooling liquid. In this paper,a method of installing a radiator at the front end of a large passenger bus is proposed,and the high-temperature coolant is introduced through the electric water pump, and is cooled by the flowing air during driving process. When the engine overheats and needs high-intensity cooling,it also allows the front cooling system and the main cooling system to work simultaneously to accelerate heat dissipation. In order to prevent excessive heat dissipation,the cooling intensity is controlled accurately by regulating the electric-controlled water pump and the electric-controlled shutter,so that the engine can work in appropriate temperature range.
